I've seen this once or twice before. First I'd try extending the macro delay before the 1 to around 1 sec. This will absolutely guarantee that the code will or will not work in the macro.

Second, I'd try relearning the code. It could be just enough off that it works individually, but not in a macro. It would also be a good idea to post that code here and let John or one of our other experts look at it.

Third, you could try sticking a delay at the very end of the macro (last step). Sounds weird, but under some circumstances it works.

Of course there's the infamous "aw sh*t", and you aliased to the wrong button in your macro ;-)
