Possible? Maybe, but unfortunately the program that was used to support this, CodeGen, is no longer available. Dave Houston, the author, pulled it from his web site and has not been around for a long time. So unless you have the knowledge/ability to record the RF signal and translate it, then devise an RF to RF converter to match frequencies you probably won't be able to do this.
