Hi

I got this jumbo universal remote control for christmas. Loved it while it worked. For a whole week and now it stopped working we changed the batteries still nothing.

It was only programmed for TV, and DVD player and thats it.
No lights no nothing, no matter what it done it doesnt work what's wrong with it and how can i fix it.? Was this a total waste of money??
