I just received my Jumbo Universal Remote on 4/3/07 and cannot get my Samsung HT-Q45 Home Theatre System DVD player to input. I had no trouble with my Magnavox TV or Emerson VCR, however, this is giving me quite a fight! I put in both codes - 182 & 230 - from the manual and it still will not cooperate. Does anyone know a different code or the number for customer service for Innovage? I have looked all over for the phone number and cannot find it on the packaging or in the manual or on the Net. I have also tried the "code search setting" and it still will not accept it.
