Try the codes from Philips: 0503, 0539, 0854, or 1914.
If those don't work contact Memorex support at 1-800-919-3647 and inquire about who the actual manufacturer of that player is. Many inexpensive components are built by a larger manufacturer and rebranded. If they can get you that info. then try the codes for that manufacturer.
