[Link: en.wikipedia.org]Sorry to bring this up, but I'm suprised that Toslink can't carry TrueHD. It must be due to the design somehow. A fibre optic cable of that size can carry a much higher bitrate than needed in itself. It must be something to due with the design of the interface itself. Perhaps someone can elaborate more?
