If someone is concerned with the lack of tactile feedback on an LCD screen, I really wouldn't worry. After a short time you really get used to it, and I find while in the dark I only need volume up/down and the play/stop commands assigned to the bottom buttons.

The real problem with physical buttons is you can't re-label them, and of course you're stuck with whatever the remote comes with. Only a full GUI on an LCD screen can provide you with *complete* control.
