In response to "Handling" by Phil on 03/11/98 16:08:10:

I have not spent much time actually using the remote yet, but it fit's easily in my hand and I have used it one handed the little bit that I have used it. I found the 1 handed use to be pretty comfortable for me, though I do have pretty large hands.

I was using the Sony touchscreen remote prior to getting my Pronto and I was starting to get a feel for the no look operations with it. I would use the edge of the window to help me figure out where to tap without looking. The Sony had one problem though, the rewind button was right next to the power button so my inacurate guess's caused me to turn off my VCR.

Since the Pronto let's me move the button's and the button labels, I was able to arrange things in such a way that I would not have to worry about that. That leads me to believe that I will have an easier time with the Pronto's no look use.

Take Care,

Will
