The day I ordered the Take Control from shop4.com
They called me at home telling me my Billing address did not match the credit card. Never had a problem before and figured they took down the address wrong. But they didn't. They said it must be a glitch and they will try again and let me know if a the problem persists.

Meanwhile back at home my wife noticed when doing the bills on quicken that she had no Bill for the VISA card. She figured it got lost and asked the bank for new one. The bank clerk just so happen to glance down at the name and noticed it was wrong. Then looked further and the address was wrong too !!!

Bingo, no wonder Shop4.com raised a flag, they were more on the ball than we were.

Well I called shop4 today (a day after it was supposed to ship) and they said the order was canceled (I was not to happy about that). So I asked do you have them in stock. Sir, "we don't stock anything, everything is direct from the manufacturer and any order will take 10days".

Before I think about dealing with these guys again I wondered if anyone that placed an order has checked their order status or has actally received one from shop4.com.

I'm still on the fence of the Pronto vs Take Control.
