My solution to get the UPS guy to arrives usually involves leaving the house. 100% chance there'll be a yellow slip on the door when I come back. Hey, it's happened half a dozen times!

Basically it comes pre-programmed for what has been pretty much decided on as a "standard" for IR signals. Not a whole lot of equipment uses it, but chances are if your Marantz stuff isn't too old it'll work right out of the box. Just remember to say yes to "copy IR signals" when it asks you.
