Prices are $399 for Pronto, $79 for dock.
Arrival to Canada is based upon delivery service level used. We have seen them arrive in 3 days end to end.
We can use UPS, Postal, or FedEx. They are all here in our building everyday. We also have a post office down the hall in our building.
We are in Chicago so therefore centrally located.
