I had my Pronto shipped to Canada from Jack with no problem whatsoever. No duty taxes, but had to pay GST. UPS shipping costs an additional $35.00 USD (Air Expedited - its worth it since you don't pay an additional brokerage fee - check out the other threads for a detailed explanation)- three business day delivery. You can also track your package via UPS traking web site. As for the lower prices elsewhere, I really can't comment - although I continued to be heartened by Jack's contribution to this site and feel confident about his committment to customer support.
