The recharger has a 12V (700mA) input. So you can either use a transformer (110V to 240V) to use the included one (which is actually 120V to 12V), or buy an extra transformer (240V to 12V). I recommend doing the latter. I've been using a 110V to 220V converter and it gets really hot, so I'm going to replace it.
