LOL, you must not know how hard it is to open a Sony UBP-X800.
I actually damaged my personal one doing this when I 1st got it. I put it back together and it looks & works fine. But Sony made it difficult to get into this one with all the angled snap clips and hidden fasteners. I would never try this on a customer's unit.
