A little more info.... you said you have a Cat6 ran, so can I assume an HDMI extender is being used for the 20ft run? Which brand & model?

Can I assume the Bell box can only output 1080p. That had better work or a lot of equipment needs to be replaced/upgraded.

There was a major update to Roku this last week or two (OS 12.5). So a good guess that some video settings got fudged and needs to be redone in the settings. Especially if it was left on auto detect (you should never leave Roku on auto detect).

The cat6 is there for future use. I mentioned it as I have an option to put it to use.

It’s a straight up regular HDMI.

Bell sat is 1080p I believe. It works fine.

I do have the Roku box set to auto. Shame. Shame. Alas it just worked when I plugged it in after a frustrating several hours of trouble shooting so I left it as is. I will remedy this.

Thanks!

Craig
