A little more info.... you said you have a Cat6 ran, so can I assume an HDMI extender is being used for the 20ft run? Which brand & model?
Can I assume the Bell box can only output 1080p. That had better work or a lot of equipment needs to be replaced/upgraded.
There was a major update to Roku this last week or two (OS 12.5). So a good guess that some video settings got fudged and needs to be redone in the settings. Especially if it was left on auto detect (you should never leave Roku on auto detect).
