that always our issues w rokus. i have many threads here with this issue. clock stretching still is an issue. a 1x2 switch should work, i forget where it goes before or after the roku. i feel handshakes and edid issue are becoming more common today.

we had one the other day. cable, yammy avr rxa2a, binary 540 extender to a sammy 8k from a few years ago. system has been in for 4 yrs. video stopped. changed extender, worked for 1 month, then same issue. i went box to tv direct worked fine, another cable box worked in same location, also tried another display woked

called yammy tech and we ended up changing a video setting in the receiver. i dont think it will change it, and i feel like i will be back but time will tell
