If you don't need gigabit, and your cameras support poe mode A, you can easily split 2 pairs to each camera. I haven't used a splitter but I've seen them before. POE+/++ input and POE outputs. Just need to find one with the power you need for your cameras. I haven't used one so I can't give specific recommendations. Hope that helps.
