Could someone suggest some decent quiet POE network switches and NVRs.

I normally use netgear 48 port POE switches and Hikvision NVRs but they are both a bit too noisey for use in say a patch rack in a joinery cupboard in a residential property.

In the past ive used Ubiquity POE switches which are very quiet but i dont see the point of using them unless you also have a Ubiquity router and ive found the routers too buggy in the past.
