just a couple of thoughts on Netflix
1) If I am not mistaken there is "continue playing next episode" or something like that for TV shows and so you can get it to continue until the series is done or stopped (at the end of their day), but can you really set-t up to play the whole time the office is open or will someone need to manage it throughout the day?

2) is TV/film the best option for a waiting room? Maybe a nature documentary, cooking show might be OK, but will anyone appreciate watching just a few minutes in the middle of the film? will the content be age appropriate for all the people in the waiting room? what if the client does not watch that TV show they won't know what it is all about? What if they do watch it but they are behind and now they will see a spoiler?....
