That would still be on the control daughter board. So how would that change anything? It isn't like the IR receiver itself ever goes bad. It would be nice to have the IR jack input but that is completely irrelevant to this thread.

All this is for not. I believe in another post PSS had, he changed the board out already and it didn't fix the problem. Even changed another board out and it didn't fix the problem either.
