In URC it takes an OFF command with repeat set to about 24.
Maybe in the RTI learner mode you can doctor that IR code and add repeats. It’s been years since I learned codes with RTI so I can’t recall what to do.
There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions.
