The last time I edited bitmaps/graphics for my Pronto TSU9400 was many, many years ago, long before Adobe moved to a subscription program for Photoshop. When Adobe moved to a subscription program, my Photoshop software eventually became out of date with newer OS versions, and I didn't really have a need to use it anymore. Anyway, I want to make some minor changes to graphic/bitmap images used with Pronto. Anyone have any recommendations for cheap/free editors to use?
