I am thinking MX-3000 software would be way behind in its database.
Even with updated CCP I had to create my own Yamaha device from 3 different databases to get inputs (including HDMI, audio and a/v inputs), scenes, and surround modes.
From my notes - Yamaha AVR 1567 or 1438, 1439, 1660
DSP 579 1271 Zone2 1661
Code set 1660 has all the power & input codes for the Yamaha RX-A2A.
For the DSP modes, yeah usually I have to use 2-3 code sets to find the specific discrete DSP modes I want. But that is more a power user thing. Most customers never touch the DSP controls.
