Same experience. We have had a lot of SNAP extenders fail, typically it has been the power supply and Snap has been good about replacing them. So, I have to give kudos to Snap's service. However, we'd rather not have problems in the first place, so we switched to the AVPro stuff, and it has been rock solid.
