I've been using fibre HDMI product for long runs that are serviceable (eg conduit). They are way more reliable than extenders, can do much higher bandwidth and cost less. There are even lots of products on Amazon that have worked really well for me on low budget jobs. I would say they are no worse than known brands and probably come from the same factories. Even if you are running it through walls, it's a good back up. Use fibre HDMI along with some Cat6.
