Scrutinizing the given Pronto Hex signal gives the RC5x signal ({D=16,S=34,F=1,T=1}) with two copies of the "normal" RC5x signal as the repeat. If you render with IrScrutinizer, you will get only one:

0000 0073 0000 0011 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0040 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 00C0 0040 0020 0020 0020 0020 0040 0040 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0020 0040 0020 0AA8

So this is probably why "my test codes did not match the ones marantz provided"; they use a non-standard "dialect". Probably normal ones will work fine, otherwise let me know.
