Hello,

I am using a GE universal remote with my Samsung TV and it works fine with one device alone. I paired it using the programming guide here:

The issue arises when I try to program the remote to my JBL soundbar. I am not only failed to connect it to soundbar but also my remote settings get restored to default and I am unable to control my TV as well.
