My Ring Pro died after 3 years. It was in my car port for about a year and a half, shielded from direct sunlight and rain, and then it was in my shop - inside the warehouse - for another year and a half. Never was rained on, no winters, nothing extreme either way, and then it just died. It was still pretty warm, so I tested the transformer and that was still alive (and in spec), but that was all she wrote for the Ring. I never tried to get it replaced, since I'm pretty sure it was out of warranty. I still have it (for some reason).

I had another customer with a floodlight cam that had the image turn all red, which they replaced under warranty.

Not bashing them though. They're good for what they are.
