Anything aerial typically requires a guide wire anyways. I just ASSumed that would be in place. 400’ for multi mode OM4 is no problem at all. We pull that and more on an almost weekly basis.

The outdoor armored fiber is fully coated, so there shouldn’t be any exposed metal at all.

However, I don’t believe the 1/8” guide wire will be sufficient enough, especially if hanging lighting off of it too. There will be a lot of sag to that.

So it sounds like I should get a price on the armored clear line? To cut the metal part of the fiber, do you just use your typical BX cutters?
