First, I highly doubt there are any 15amp breakers in that entire facility as it’s commercial, industrial as well maybe?

As someone who recently worked in a commercial warehouse, they had 15A circuits everywhere. Just because it's commercial doesn't mean they don't use 15A circuits.

How is this advice, it's an informative statement. Although not possible by electrical code (cant feed a box from two separate panels) the real possibility is that he could be taking a hot from one circuit (and possibly a 240V circuit) and a neutral from another and really messing things up.
