I need to get fiber out to a pavilion. The only plausible course for this is Aerial along with the power lines out to it from the house. Distance is roughly 400ft from network equipment to the pavilion Nema enclosure.
Looking for LC multi mode. None of it will be buried.
Preferably Clearline but I’m not opposed to ordering something premade if clear line doesn’t make something that works.
400 is pushing as to what the cable itself will support. Cleerline armored is great but you need to find out if it can be secured via formed wire or wedge clamp. remember to keep in mind snow and ice loads. are the poles being used owned by the client or are they power company/co-op? if so rights of way are involved. i doubt this will work
400' of cable presents a huge load on either end, needs to be strong.
the best way would be to string steel cable and lash the whole way but that could get expensive with the equipment and material it takes to do it.
soooooooo........ here is your best bet!! everything you need including most importantly, information, is here. i have used it twice no issues.
