First, I highly doubt there are any 15amp breakers in that entire facility as it’s commercial, industrial as well maybe?

Haven't looked. This became someone else's responsibility but I decided to just watch and see the unrelated comments roll in.

Second, are there any white or gray wires in that box? If not then it’s most likely all 2 or 3 pole breaks and none with a neutral. So that could be an easy nix of installing an outlet there.

Haven't opened the box. Nice to know that gray would be a neutral instead of a hot. Didn't know that.
Third, whether you use my suggested “DIY” product or the “pro” that shafer mentioned. You’ll still need to slice into the wires in the box to clamp directly into the wire using alligator clips.

Unless there are wire nuts.

We really should refrain from saying "you'll still need to" when we don't know the actual situation, like, for instance, wire nuts.
Forth, if there are multiple white/gray wires thus noting multiple neutral wires.

Wait a minute: please distinguish how this is the same and how it is different from #2 above.

Then there’s a good chance that you could grab a hot wire from one panel and a neutral from an other panel. (Though idk if that’s allowed by code anyways. Just a thought.)

Do you mean "if you're lucky you will find" or do you mean "you might make the horrendous mistake of...." In the first case it's the HORRIBLE advice that David was referring to.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
