First, I highly doubt there are any 15amp breakers in that entire facility as it’s commercial, industrial as well maybe?

Second, are there any white or gray wires in that box? If not then it’s most likely all 2 or 3 pole breaks and none with a neutral. So that could be an easy nix of installing an outlet there.

Third, whether you use my suggested “DIY” product or the “pro” that shafer mentioned. You’ll still need to slice into the wires in the box to clamp directly into the wire using alligator clips.

Forth, if there are multiple white/gray wires thus noting multiple neutral wires. Then there’s a good chance that you could grab a hot wire from one panel and a neutral from an other panel. (Though idk if that’s allowed by code anyways. Just a thought.)
