Yes. Centralized distribution of video is/was changing fast. Roku, AppleTV and apps are getting better all the time. Traditional matrix projects are now being serviced by IP based systems over fixed matrix solutions for pretty much everything at or over 8X8. The company that bought Zektor could not get HDMI over IP out in the time they promised and still not out today. Then at the same time immediately discontinuing products of Zektor's that were selling. This along with declining customer support, reduced warranty periods and much more, but us a nearly impossible position to compete. It was time for me to waive goodbye.
50/50 new and old construction for me. I'm in a small ski town 2 hours North of Toronto. Weekenders have moved into their chalet or building new permanent homes. It's been insane.
