Here's a different observation. Why are you trying to run that POS cable 15 meters?
It is only going to work with select Samsung TVs. Good chance when they replace the TV in the years ahead, they will have to replace the cable again too. Because Samsung!
Why are you not cutting in a large media box, to hold the Connect box & stock cable (and other goodies), behind the TV? The cost of the longer Connect cable will pay for the media enclosure.
And then it works well for ANY TV they replace in the future.
We have a media box (14 x 14) that we put in during construction. But the One Connect is a bit too big to fit. Custom tile all around the location. But we do have a 1 1/2" conduit down to a cabinet area. That's why I'm looking at using a longer cable. We can cut a slot in the enclosure and shove the One Connect up into it but the house is all done and now they decided they want art tv's.
