The app is solely ci facing until the system is handed off. Once completed the system is no longer accessible in your (you the integrator) app. It is then available within [Link: dashboard.eero.com] where it can be managed. Here, you’ll also see systems that have not been handed off and no ability to manage (within your dealer portal). Questions linger as to the amount of systems the app can manage w/o handoff, and even to some- the legalities of doing so.
