There are two boxes to check in the Cloud Key software. It was posted on the thread in the RTI Forum.
Go to settings, click on wireless networks, click on edit in Network Name,In there, I turned on "Multicast Enhancements" and "Proxy ARP".
I was doing this while I had my client on the phone and it immediately started working.
