I did service call for a Sonos last week. Nothing would show up on the app. He had 2 play bars with subs each and a play 3. They where setup on WiFi with just the att gateway. We tried to redo the setup and couldn’t get it to connect. We ended up having to change the WiFi name different from the 5ghz WiFi. That finally let it get hooked back onto the WiFi.

Sonos doesn't work with 5GHz. For that matter, look at the spec for WiFi and IIRC, it shows 802.11g.

Best to wire the first one to the network and add the others but Sonosnet sucks for range. I couldn't get a Port to find the Playbar on the other side of a block wall, even though they were only about a foot apart. Couldn't connect the Port to the closest WiFi, either. Everything else in the area was able, but not that one.
My mechanic told me, "I couldn't repair your brakes, so I made your horn louder."
