Yup, update DSM and SS to the latest. Make sure you setup quickconnect. It’s Synology’s cloud server that enables access from anywhere and doesn’t require open ports.
Then on the app, setup local access using NAS IP and remote using quickconnect ID.
Solid solution and just finished a 32 camera job. Client has already had an incident and said it was extremely intuitive and fast to get to the footage he needed.
