From what she’s told me, she wants the current system up and running due to a couple gates being found opened in one night.
And that she’s building a house in Florida, we’re in CT now, and she’ll have a newer system installed there.
No, I will not give any of my money into this. Just my time on working on it and a lower rent for the month(s), as she has different projects.

It's clear that money isn't a problem- her DVR is too old to be any good for newer cameras with higher definition, so tell her she needs to replace everything. Does she have some kind of emotional attachment to the DVR?
