We have done a couple and recommend to the client (if possible) to build a recess behind the TV large enough for an articulating bracket and the One connect box. This allows for the TV to sit flush AND still provide room for wiring and hiding the stupid box.

Ran into one issue where the contractor built the recesses but didn't build them tall enough (they assume that the bracket sits centered on the TV) so had to take the arms of the bracket to a machine shop so they could add onto them so we could get the TV to the correct height.
