Wouldn't a magnetic or RFID lock be better and a faster way to gain access? I don't know what they used for the actuator, but I have to ask "What happens if the power goes out?". Obviously, the vertical concealment would need something like a TV lift. The one in the video is very noisy- Nexus 21 sells a European brand that's extremely quiet and can be controlled via RF or IR an IIRC, they're heading toward IP control (may already have it).
