What's the budget?
For ~$5k you can get a track, manual track.
$8k and up will get you into motorized tracks.
It might be a bit cheaper and way cooler if you have a powered articulating arm.

If you only need 30" there are some existing manually operated articulating arms, but not sure if I would consider them free moving enough to have client tippy-toe while moving it.

Would a tilt down from the ceiling be out of the question? Invisible when not in use and in perfect position when on.
