I WAS trying to point out something. URC's description of the product, in the control room that's supposed to be for installers, finds a way to describe the MX-450 in positive terms, though as everyone here says, it's got real problems.
You'd think that if you have to be a dealer to look at the Control Room, they'd tell you the truth about the product!
You seem to have read Post 6 as though I'm scolding you guys for not liking the 450. Read it again and see if it even slightly gets across my point, that URC did this, and that, and the other, promoting a remote that is truly a pain in the ass.
