Your first post stated that commands were delayed. By this you meant they stopped being issued until you pushed "the Remote Key for the next Command." This is not a delay -- it is complete interruption of a macro.

But if the macro has ten steps, and only, say, the first one is issued, are all nine additional commands issued when you hit the button for the second command in the macro? Or have I totally misunderstood what you mean?

Then in Post 11 you say the TRC-1080 sometimes lags in issuing commands, and the cure for that is removing and reinstalling the battery. This IS NOT a lag in issuing commands. This is a complete stop of a series of commands. Since "repair" of this condition involves removing and replacing power, it is not true that there is "sometimes a lag in issuing commands." No, instead it's a complete stop of issuing commands.

I don't know if these details will make any difference to how your remote works, but it might matter that you're saying lag (slight delay) when you mean complete stopping. Surely those are two very different things and the cure for each would be different from the other.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
