Perhaps a DPI scaling issue; ie. the window size it would like to open at is being multiplied by the system? I note on Windows 7 it always opens to a specific windowed size regardless of what it was closed at (and there's something they could add: simple state tracking to maintain the last used window size, position, and mode).
Hi Daniel! I'm on Win 10 1809 up-to-date, and it tracks neither size nor opening position. I tried messing with the display options in the Properties, no joy. I think they're just not bothering keeping track - I imagine the program need to do that explicitly?
Can somebody confirm either way does it track size and position on say a 1920x1080 or smaller monitor?
