Storch- there is of course some scaling going on with a pre-wire. you should be able to run multiple wires at once (coax + 2 CAT6 to a Tv for instance). it takes the same time to run one wire as 3 (generally) from the head end.
30 minutes for a single trim is not reasonable. unless you went to the house to do only one trim location.
If electricians charged like this it would be $500+ per drop because (licenses)...

at the end of the day the market will dictate the price - we can choose to take it or leave it. we are not going to change their minds.
