I posted this in my other thread but thought I'd post a new thread.
Don't update to the 1809 version or you will lose Windows Mobile Device Center. There are some videos on YouTube by people saying that the 1809 version wiped their files out. Microsoft knows about the problems but still wants you to update to it, Unreal! This version wiped out my desktop(as far as WMDC) but I still have my laptop to program with. I had to contact Microsoft Support and have them take control of my computer to refuse the update. You would think there would be an option to Accept or Decline.
I talked to Windows Support today and they told me the bug that wiped files out was fixed last December but the WMDC is still messed up.
