Hi,
I'm sure not to be the only one with this issue. PEP gives me the error, when trying to download to the TSU:
Communication with the Pronto failed during download. Please check the connection and retry. (Error: C7, Copy)
I use: TSU9400 (I got 2 of them, same error on both) Windows 10 on 2 different PCs (same error on both PCs) PEP 1.1 (indepenent which version, actually I use 1.1, but tested with the other versions as well)
I tested: different USG ports, USB settings, running PEP as admin, in compatibility mode, etc.
In the past it worked with the same devices and config files.
Looking for help.... Rainer
